- 4 oz. Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup Soy Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Raw Sugar
- Put frozen blueberries into a bowl.
- Pour soy milk over blueberries and sprinkle sugar on top.
- Mash the blueberries with a spoon and mix. The soy milk will begin to freeze as you chop up the blueberries and turn a beautiful periwinkle blue color.
