Blueberry Vegan Ice Cream
Dairy-free Vegan Ice Cream with Frozen Blueberries

Looking for a cool treat on a hot summer day? Struggling with that 2am can’t sleep sweet tooth? Here’s your solution: dairy-free vegan ice cream with frozen fruit. With just three simple ingredients, you can have a delicious and healthy dessert.


Makes 1 Serving

  • 4 oz. Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Soy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Raw Sugar


  1. Put frozen blueberries into a bowl.
  2. Pour soy milk over blueberries and sprinkle sugar on top.
  3. Mash the blueberries with a spoon and mix. The soy milk will begin to freeze as you chop up the blueberries and turn a beautiful periwinkle blue color.
  4. That’s it! So simple, and so delicious.
